Destiny

I have two paths ahead of me
It will go as far as my eyes can see
But, my destination is not defined
The One will lead me to my destiny

It is a hard path that I want to lead
It is the Elders' blessings that I need
The truths of Life that were buried once
Will be unearthed to cover the path I seek

I don't want them to put a curse on me
I want The One two throw The Guide at me
The Lessons that the Fire burns
The Light will restore them to guide me

The Light is running away from me
The Darkness wants to cover me
The Door is too hard to reach
There are many thorns towards the path I seek

I see people walking away from me
I don't want them to be afraid of me
I want them to see the good in my heart
So that I can reach my destiny

The eyes can only see so far
The paths are too long to see
One will only break my heart
The other will be the grave I seek

This life is only a dream to me
I want to close my eyes and see
The real life that lies beyond
Towards the shores of Destiny
